Looking for a hands-on laboratory role with good work-life balance? Join a Sample Lab team supporting the preparation and quality checking of flavour samples within the Food & Flavour industry.

Job Responsibilities

• Compound flavour samples according to approved formulas and instructions.
• Accurately weigh and verify materials, batch numbers and quantities.
• Maintain flavour sample inventory and assist with material replenishment.
• Clean and maintain laboratory equipment, glassware and work areas.
• Ensure materials are stored correctly and maintain good laboratory housekeeping.
• Follow laboratory safety procedures, SOPs and quality requirements.
• Assist with other laboratory duties as assigned.

Requirements

• NITEC or Diploma qualification.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable with hands-on laboratory work and handling materials.
• Able to follow formulas, instructions and safety procedures carefully.
• Prior laboratory or F&F experience is an advantage.
