Fitness Coach

An enthusiastic team player and a champion of the Anytime Fitness Brand. The Fitness Coach is responsible for providing various personal training services that offer members programs to maximise workout efficiency, improve fitness, increase stamina, enjoy their fitness experience and improve overall sense of well-being. Schedule and complete record keeping and perform all duties as stipulated in the Anytime Fitness Standard Operating Procedures and ensuring that everything that happens in the gym complies with the Anytime Fitness brand and mission.

You will provide fitness guidance to help clients improve their physical condition. You are expected to create tailored fitness and wellness plans for individuals and groups. You will assign exercise routines based on clients’ physical needs and monitor their progress.

You will run and supervise various fitness and health programs. You will assess the physical and health conditions of clients, create appropriate exercise plans, and monitor their improvement. You will also explain applicable safety rules and regulations (e.g. use of equipment).

You are often the representative of the company that will have the most interaction with the members. You need to look neat and clean and should have stamina. You will spend majority of your time on your feet, and may have to lift heavy gym accessory. You must be respectable, responsible and a positive role model. You are expected to demonstrate a personal commitment to fitness and personal wellness. Ultimately, you will help our clients have fun and improve their health through exercise.
