Admin Assistant

Job Description

• Type, file and send all necessary correspondences directed by the Condo Manager/Asst Condo Manager (CM).
• Answer all inquiries requests or complaints received through the telephone and to keep proper records of such inquiries, requests or complaints.
• Manage the booking of all facilities such as the BBQ pits, Function room, Tennis Court etc.
• Set up a proper filing system to ensure proper documentation and administration of the Corporation.
• Assist the CM in the management of the petty cash.
• Keep proper records of payment made by residents.
• Manage and maintain inventory of office stationery.
• Manage and arrange for the maintenance of all office equipment.
• Arrange all meetings as requested by the CM and to prepare all necessary documents for such meetings.
• Any other duties assigned by the CM.

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years and above MCST Experience in residential or commercial development.
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Customer orientated
• Good Public Relations skills
