Engagement & Enquiries: Handle programme updates, notifications, email/phone/walk-in enquiries, class visits, and issue Letters of Verification.

Attendance & Leave: Monitor attendance, intervene when needed, and process leave applications.

Course Changes: Assist with re-modules, transfers, withdrawals, deferments, resumptions, extensions, and manage inactive cases.

Conduct Management: Monitor and address academic and non-academic conduct issues.

Academic Intervention: Coordinate support interventions with the academic department.

Pass Monitoring: Manage pass cancellations and renewals.

Assessment Appeals: Handle appeals, ensuring fair process.

Transcripts & Certificates: Manage issuance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
