Job Scope & Responsibilities
Team & People Management
Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective account management and operational efficiency.
Share best practices across the team to promote consistency and operational excellence.
Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with regional teams across different markets.
Customer Management
Support daily account operations, including execution planning, resource utilization, knowledge management, and communications.
Engage customers regularly through business and performance reviews to understand needs and track progress.
Monitor KPIs, track improvement targets, and implement process improvement initiatives across countries.
Identify operational improvement opportunities and develop standardized processes to enhance performance and efficiency.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support business growth and development.
Improve data management, data flows, and operational reporting.
Develop strategic plans based on business forecasts, particularly during peak periods.
Analyse, map, and document current and future processes to support regional standardization and alignment.
Assist in preparing Quarterly Business Review (QBR) presentations and reports.
Work closely with implementation teams to manage projects and ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Monitor APAC market developments and proactively communicate potential risks and mitigation plans to customers.
Perform other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned.
Job Requirements
Proven ability to work independently with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to analyse and present key information to stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization.
Ability to build consensus, manage deadlines, and work with a strong sense of urgency.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
Experience in identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements through standardization and policies.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a high degree of ambiguity.
Adaptable, proactive, and results-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
