Regional Tender Executive (Freight Forwarding / Near Expo MRT / 5 days) - WCDT

General Description

Responsible for managing customer tenders effectively and ensuring tender opportunities are aligned with the company’s strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with global and regional account management teams to lead or support the preparation and submission of tenders for key global and strategic customers.
• Review and analyse tender requirements and coordinate with APAC countries to ensure accurate and timely submissions.
• Collaborate with local offices, procurement teams, and other stakeholders to develop high-quality and competitive proposals.
• Develop project plans covering pricing analysis, internal reviews, evaluations, and tender submission in accordance with global tender management processes.
• Maintain accurate tender records, reports, and documentation in internal systems.
• Participate in cross-regional meetings and provide tender management insights, analysis, and recommendations to support business objectives.
• Identify and resolve tender-related issues and coordinate corrective actions to improve the overall tender management process.
• Support other related assignments and projects as required.

Requirements

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
• Advanced MS Excel skills are mandatory.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
• Fast learner with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an understanding of cultural diversity.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
