About the Role
Assist in day-to-day financial operations, including monitoring of monthly P&L entries to ensure timely recording and accurate month end closing across multiple IFM accounts
Assist in establishing strong finance/accounting related processes and continuous improvements to existing processes to ensure compliance with contract requirements, local FRS, US GAAP (revenue and cost recognition) standards and SOX controls
Prepare monthly management reports, including overall P&L analysis and provide commentaries to account managers and FP&A team on key variances
Partner to account managers and business stakeholders to provide financial insights, flag areas of concern and give recommendations to achieve financial targets
Prepare annual budgets and monthly forecasts for assigned portfolio
Oversee accounts receivable position to ensure prompt billing and payment of invoices, address billing and collection discrepancies to support healthy company cash flow
Support Corporate Finance team for all finance related matters
Perform any related duties or ad hoc projects as required
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Have 3-6 years of relevant experience in Finance Operations or Business Finance
- Detail-oriented with the ability to understand key requirement across various contracts, engage with multiple stakeholders and manage deadlines of financial deliverables
- Strong proficiency in Excel, excellent written and verbal communication skills
