Job Summary

Lead site coordination and daily construction operations to ensure project progress, quality, and cost control. Manage teams, resources, and scheduling to meet project specifications and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate site operations to ensure smooth daily construction activities
• Manage and oversee deployment of general workers on-site to optimize workforce efficiency
• Maintain site access and safety throughout the construction period
• Monitor work progress and resource utilization to meet project timelines
• Control and reduce material wastage through effective monitoring
• Interpret project specifications, technical details, and construction drawings to guide work execution
• Plan and schedule work activities, material requisitions, and project coordination tasks
• Document project progress and maintain accurate records for management review
• Implement proactive measures to monitor and control project costs, preventing overruns
• Lead and motivate a team of operation staff to achieve project goals
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors or management

Required competencies and certifications

• Five (5) years of working experience in the construction industry
• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent; Diploma holders with relevant experience and proven track records will also be considered
