QUANTITY SURVEYOR (M & E)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

· Taking off quantities, pricing and preparation of tendersubmission

· Prepare Bills of Quantity

· Source for sub-contractors and suppliers, evaluation ofprice comparison and costing summary

· Analyze project specifications to recommend cost-savingmeasures

· Assist Project Team for Variation Works, Progress Claimand Cost Control

· Monitor and keep track of project cost as per plannedschedule and budget

· Measure and determine amount of work done at stages toevaluate progress and contractual claims by sub-contractors

· Assist in the settlement of final accounts with client,suppliers, and sub-contractors

· Carry out contract administration duties

REQUIREMENTS

· Diploma / Degree Holders in Quantity Surveying or equivalent from a recognized institution / University

· At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the relate dfield

· Be able to take instructions and work independently

· Good communications skills, able to interact with people of all levels

· Able to work well in a team
