ASEAN Product Sales Manager (Electrical Equipment) Ref: GAS

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive market share growth and profitability for the assigned product portfolio across the ASEAN region.
• Lead and guide Sales Managers, Product Specialists and Distributors to achieve regional sales targets with existing and new accounts.
• Develop and execute annual sales plans and strategies for both direct and distribution channels.
• Develop marketing, sales promotion and training programs for distributors, OEM customers and field sales teams.
• Build and maintain strong regional distribution networks and partnerships to support business growth.
• Identify new market opportunities, applications and target segments based on industry, economic and technological trends.
• Manage product pricing and commercial strategies to maximize sales and margin potential.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive customer service, quality, cost reduction and productivity.
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events and other professional activities.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing and new product developments, providing timely updates to management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above in Business, Engineering, Marketing or related areas of study
• Minimum10 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development or product management
• Strong knowledge of management and marketing principles, industry practices, products and services, and business operations, including proposal development, contract negotiation and program management.
• Excellent technical/ engineering comprehension and knowledge of assigned direct and distribution
