Sales Coordinator - Perm SAP $3700 #ESS

Job Description:

· Managing and planning import & export process, customs documentation, shipping, and receiving of foreign merchandise to ensure correctarrival time.

· Ensuring compliance with the home and foreign country government laws and customs regulations.

· Works closely with warehouse to ensure smooth receiving/deliveryof goods.

· Handle all sales, import/export related documentation.

· Co-ordinate with all relevant stakeholder to ensure smoothexecution of sales.

· Timely update of forecast, sales, inventory, account receivablereports.

· Prepare bank's document for Letter of Credit negotiation.

· Prepare SAP related tasks such as Sales order, Purchase Orders,Credit/Debit Notes.

· Co-ordinate with vendors, forwarders & customers onorders/shipment/payment issues.

· Monitor & update ageing list & account receivables.

· Prepare monthly sales / delivery reports.

· Any other duties assigned.
