WE ARE HIRING — CENTRAL KITCHEN FOOD PREPARATION STAFF

Ukiyo Ventures Pte. Ltd. is looking for multiple food preparation staff for our central kitchen.

Job Scope:

• Prepare ingredients and food products for our restaurant operations
• Cut, portion, marinate, cook and pack food
• Prepare Sichuan/Hunan dishes and Sichuan-style braised food (川味卤味)
• Maintain food quality, consistency, cleanliness and hygiene

Requirements:

• Relevant kitchen or food-production experience
• Experience with Chinese, Sichuan or Hunan cuisine is preferred
• Able to follow recipes and standard preparation procedures
• Responsible, hardworking and able to work as a team

Salary will be based on experience.
