Job Summary

A Service Crew member in food & beverage or retail delivers excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking and serving orders, processing payments, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly upon arrival and assist with seating to create a welcoming atmosphere
• Present menus and answer customer questions to help them make informed food and beverage choices
• Accurately take customer orders and recommend menu items to enhance their experience
• Serve food and drinks efficiently and correctly to meet customer expectations
• Prepare itemised bills including sales tax and process payments via cash or credit card securely
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas, work stations, and restrooms to ensure hygiene standards
• Collaborate with team members to support smooth operations and timely service delivery
