Job Description:

• Assess and manage patients referred for therapy independently

• Implement appropriate treatment plans and comply to clinical standards

• Provide timely review of patients in the continuum of care

• Document patient’s progress and records accurately

• Practice within areas of professional competence and seek clinical support from supervisor/other healthcare professionals when appropriate
  

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy (recognized by AHPC)

• Strong communication skills and empathy in patient care

• Able to start immediately and commit for minimum of 3 months
