· Diploma holder with relevant working experiences

· Experience or knowledge in Office Administration or Logistics

• Proficient in MS Word & Excel
• Good organizational capabilities
• Good communication skills to oversee and direct movers and/or removal services

Job Description

The temp staff will assist the department in organising post renovation activities for the new Level 5 office and preparation of renovation works for the staff office. He/she will be responsible for inventory compilation, asset categorisation, packing and labelling of office materials including stationery, registry files, corporate gifts and equipment. The role includes setting up admin processes like office key systems and routing of invoices. Staff will also assist in preparing documentation and listings to support the smooth transition and operational readiness for the department. The staff may be required to carry relatively heavy boxes and move furniture (if required).
