Working days: 5 days/week

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate with customers and logistics partners via email or phone regarding order requirements and shipment arrangements.

* Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, and other related documentation.

* Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods by coordinating with customers, warehouse, and logistics service providers.

* Schedule and coordinate deliveries, and transportation activities to meet customer requirements.

* Perform Daily 5S activities to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.

* Work effectively under pressure to meet operational deadlines and customer expectations.

* Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate superior.

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years of experience in order processing and customer service.

* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, and Word).

* Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate with customers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders.
