Product Owner (GPR Insights)

We are seeking an exceptional Product Owner with a strong academic and technical background in Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) to accelerate the evolution of ourGPR Insights post-processing software and next-generation solutions. The successful candidate will serve as the primary regional Subject Matter Expert(SME), translating advanced GPR science, customer needs, and emerging research into clear product requirements and software development priorities.

What will you do

Product Ownership

• Own and maintain the product backlog for GPR post-processing software solutions under guidance of Head of PM GPR and GPR Data Analytics Expert/Technical PM.
• Translate complex GPR workflows into clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Support strategic product decisions through technical evaluations, competitive analysis, and customer feedback.

SubjectMatter Expertise

• Serve as the regional technical authority on GPR data processing and analysis workflows.
• Evaluate software functionality from both scientific and practical perspectives to ensure technical accuracy and user value.
• Assess and validate new algorithm development, data-processing features, visualization tools, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Provide guidance to software developers on GPR principles, signal behavior, radar physics, and interpretation methodologies.

SoftwareDevelopment Collaboration

• Work closely with agile software development teams to define, refine, and prioritize requirements.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and release validation.
• Define and execute product acceptance testing (user acceptance testing) for new software capabilities.
• Ensure delivered functionality aligns with customer expectations and scientific best practices.

AI& Advance Analytics

• Contribute domain expertise to the development of AI and machine learning solutions for GPR data processing and interpretation.
• Assess opportunities for automation, defect detection, classification, feature extraction, and data-driven decision support.
• Collaborate with data scientists to validate training datasets, model outputs, and performance metrics.

Customer& Market Engagement

• Engage with customers, researchers, consultants, and infrastructure owners to understand workflows and challenges.
• Support product demonstrations, training activities, technical presentations, and industry events in the region.
• Gather feedback from key stakeholders and convert insights into product improvements.
