Senior Planner (Project: Pasir Ris LTA Project)

Our client, a renowned building & construction firm, has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as a Senior Planner.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, maintain and update the Master Programme and detailed construction schedules for major LTA infrastructure works using Primavera P6
• Establish baseline programmes, work breakdown structures, construction sequences, key milestones and critical paths in accordance with project and LTA requirements
• Monitor actual site progress against the approved programme and provide regular planned vs actual progress analysis
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, S-curves, progress forecasts, manpower/resource histograms and other planning reports for management and client submission
• Work closely with the Project Manager, Construction Managers, engineers and subcontractors to obtain progress updates and ensure accurate programme reporting

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related discipline
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant planning and scheduling experience within the construction/infrastructure industry
• Prior experience working on LTA/MRT/rail or major civil infrastructure projects is highly preferred
