Executive, GI Operations (12 Months Contract) #JRP

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount.

What You’ll Do

• Process payments, GIRO and credit card transactions accurately and on time.
• Perform account reconciliations and clear outstanding/unreconciled payments.
• Handle customer and stakeholder enquiries via phone and email.
• Support system enhancements, UAT and process improvements.
• Provide general operational and administrative support.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business or any related studies.
• Experience in insurance industry is an added advantage.
