Sales Coordinator

About the role

You will be responsible for coordinating sales activities and providing accounting support to ensure the smooth operation of the business in the Kaki Bukit East Region.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as prepare and issue sales order, delivery order, sales invoices, credit notes, debit notes and cost adjustment accurately to support billing processes.

• File and maintain accounting and GST supporting documents to ensure compliance and easy retrieval.

• Manage goods receipts and goods delivery.

• Generate maintain tidiness for inventory code and handle well for production system.

• Verify shipping related document (eg permit) and perform checking for all shipping invoices from forwarder.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (eg sales, purchase & store) to ensure efficient business operations.

• Coordinate and manage international shipment arrangements in support of overseas sales activities, ensuring the effective execution of the end-to-end sales process.

• Manage to deal with outsource forwarder and warehouse for all out-of-scope sales and purchase activities.

• Relief support for team members during their absence.

About you

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales coordination or accounts-related role.

• Fast leaner and can perform the task assigned with efficient before due date.

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to priorities tasks.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and colleagues.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and production software.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of the role.

• A team player with a positive attitude and having strong responsibilities.

• Basic language requirement is English; Mandarin will carry extra credit. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
