Claims Recovery Specialist (6 months contract renewable) #TJTL

THE ROLE

Join the team and play a key role in supporting the recovery of insurance claims while ensuring a smooth and positive experience for policyholders.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage and follow up on claims recovery cases to meet recovery targets.

• Contact policyholders to gather information and assist them with claim submissions to third parties.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and guide policyholders through the claims recovery process.

• Use strong communication and negotiation skills to encourage policyholders to proceed with claim recovery.

• Ensure proper tracking and documentation of call activities and case outcomes.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Diploma or Degree, preferably with at least 1 year of insurance claims recovery or customer service experience.

• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Good analytical, organisational and time management skills.
