Junior Technician

Junior Technician (Semiconductor | 5 days, Shift Work)

Location: Tampines/ customer sites

Education: Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering, Logistics/Supply Chain

Company business: Company provides manufacturing & engineering services, specializing in factory and industrial automation.

● Handle, inspect, and clean quartz and mechanical components using automated washing equipment in compliance with SOPs.

● Manage incoming parts, inventory verification, kitting, and issuance to engineering teams.

● Coordinate external part repairs, including RMA creation and turnaround tracking.

● Maintain accurate ERP/WMS records for stock movements, repairs, and scrap.

● Ensure compliance with cleanroom, chemical safety, and PPE requirements.

Requirements:

● NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering, Logistics/Supply Chain, or a related field.

● 1–3 years of experience in a semiconductor wafer fab, cleanroom, or high-tech manufacturing environment.

● Advance literacy in ERP/inventory systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.

● Demonstrated ability to handle highly fragile, expensive components with extreme care.

● Comfortable working with chemical cleaning systems and wearing cleanroom suits (bunny suits).
