Job Responsibilities
Drive Cyber Security projects across the region, including vendor management, collaboration with stakeholders, business users, and application teams.
Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to conceive and deliver new experiences, products, and services.
Perform technical deep dives and lead problem resolution activities when required.
Stay abreast of developments and advancements in Cyber Security technologies and industry best practices.
Continuously improve research, operational, and design processes to maximize effectiveness and innovation.
Manage CyberArk security processes, standards, and procedures to ensure control effectiveness and service quality.
Support, maintain, and optimize Cyber Security platforms and systems.
Monitor, review, and analyze system and application activities to detect abnormalities based on established security criteria.
Investigate, escalate, and respond to security incidents, alerts, and events in accordance with defined procedures and service level agreements.
Participate in 24x7 shift rotations, including weekends, public holidays, and on-call support when required, to ensure continuous security monitoring and operational coverage.
Perform shift handover activities and maintain accurate documentation of incidents, investigations, and operational tasks.
Requirements
4-7 years of experience in Security Operations, Cyber Security, or a related field.
Familiarity with security products, network devices, and security monitoring tools.
Extensive technical experience with network security practices, including Intranet, Extranet, and Internet access environments.
Hands-on experience with UNIX, AIX, Linux, and Windows operating systems.
Strong knowledge of intrusion detection, TCP/IP networking, cybersecurity concepts, various operating systems (Windows/UNIX), and web technologies, particularly internet security.
Ability to analyze packet-level network data and manage Network/Host Security products such as NIDS/NIPS, firewalls, HIPS, antivirus solutions, and vulnerability scanners.
Experience performing vulnerability assessments, managing related tools and processes, application penetration testing, and/or forensic analysis.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and incident response skills.
Ability to work effectively in a shift-based environment (24x7 operations) and respond to critical security incidents during assigned shifts.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across regional teams.
Additional Requirement
Willingness to work rotating shifts (day/night shifts), weekends, and public holidays as part of a 24x7 Security Operations environment.
