Mechanical Debug Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Company business: worldwide partner for advanced automation solutions

• Assemble, align, operate, and debug automation machine stations according to project requirements.

• Troubleshoot mechanical and pneumatic issues and fine-tune machines to meet quality and performance standards.

• Support machine installation and commissioning at customer sites.

• Conduct technical training on mechanical hardware, pneumatic systems, alignment, changeover, and preventive maintenance.

• Prepare manufacturing and project documentation.

• Work closely with Project and Manufacturing teams to meet project timelines, budgets, and quality requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma/ITE in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in automation or machine-building environments.

• Strong mechanical assembly and troubleshooting skills.

• Good communication and technical training skills.

• Experience with SolidWorks/Inventor is an advantage.

• Independent, proactive, organized, and willing to travel/work shifts when required.
