We are particularly interested in Senior Sales Associates from luxury retail backgrounds who are ready to progress into a supervisory role and take on greater responsibility for sales performance, client experience and team development.

• Basic Salary: $3,500/month

⏰ Working Hours

• 44 hours per week

• Retail operating hours

• 5-day work week

• Must be comfortable working weekends and public holidays
  

🛍️ Key Responsibilities

• Drive and support the boutique in achieving individual and store sales targets

• Deliver an exceptional and personalised luxury customer experience

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with VIP and high-value clients

• Act as a brand ambassador, demonstrating strong product knowledge and understanding of brand heritage

• Support the Boutique Manager with daily boutique operations

• Assist with store opening and closing procedures

• Coach, mentor and support Sales Associates to achieve service and sales standards

• Guide new team members and lead by example in customer service and selling techniques

• Support visual merchandising and ensure the boutique consistently reflects the brand image

• Monitor day-to-day operations and support the team in maintaining high service standards
  

🎯 Job Requirements

• Previous experience in luxury retail, premium fashion, jewellery, watches or other high-end retail environments

• Senior Sales Associates / Senior Retail Associates ready to step into a supervisory role are highly encouraged to apply

• Strong track record in achieving retail sales targets

• Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong clienteling and VIP customer relationship management skills

• Confident in coaching and mentoring junior team members

• Good understanding of luxury retail service standards

• Professional, polished and commercially driven

• Comfortable working retail hours, weekends and public holidays
