Supply Chain Specialist

Orion Group Life Sciences are currently recruiting a Supply Chain Specialist on behalf of our multinational biopharmaceutical client based in Singapore.

This is an initial 12-month contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Support supply chain operations and project activities, assisting senior team members in driving continuous operational improvements.
• Assist in managing operational changes through the established change management system, ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Support the preparation of communication materials and training content under the guidance of senior specialists.
• Participate in stakeholder and governance meetings, taking meeting minutes and tracking action items to ensure timely follow-up.
• Assist in supply chain non-conformance investigations by gathering data, organising evidence and supporting the documentation of findings.
• Perform initial impact assessments for non-conformances under guidance, supporting the identification of interim containment actions.
• Maintain cGMP-compliant records and documentation in accordance with site quality standards.
• Support the preparation of supply chain documentation for regulatory inspections and internal audits.
• Carry out other duties as required to support the Supply Chain team.

Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Life Sciences or a related discipline.
• Experience within a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device or other regulated manufacturing environment would be advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a cross-functional team.
• Knowledge of cGMP requirements would be beneficial.
