Admin Executive - Oct 2026 to 30 Sep 2027

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors at the reception counter to ensure smooth front desk operations
• Prepare and verify documents accurately to support school administrative processes
• Organise and file documents systematically to maintain efficient record-keeping
• Maintain lost and found records and reconcile accounts to ensure proper tracking
• Provide basic first aid assistance to students promptly and safely when needed
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned by the school to support daily operations

Required competencies and certifications

• GCE “O” Level qualification

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• First aid training to support student health and safety
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, to manage administrative tasks efficiently
• Customer service experience to enhance interactions with visitors and students
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in administrative or school support roles
• Prior experience working in a primary school environment to understand school operations

Other Information

Contract Duration:

• From Oct 2026 to 30 Sep 2027 with an option period of 1 year

Deployment:

• Mondays to Fridays, 7.00am to 4.00pm with a ½ hour lunch break
• No service required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays
