HR Executive

• Position: HR Executive

• Location: Kallang (near to Kallang/Bendemeer MRT)

• Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,800 + $100 Meal Allowance + Performance Bonus

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: Construction and Telecommunications

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews and offers.

• Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters and other HR documentation.

• Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems/databases.

• Coordinate monthly payroll and ensure accurate submission of payroll-related information.

• Administer leave, attendance, medical claims and employee benefits.

• Handle work-pass applications, renewals and cancellations where applicable.

• Support employee-relations matters including disciplinary cases, grievances and exit procedures.

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities.

• Ensure HR records and processes comply with company policies and applicable employment requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.

• At least two years of relevant HR generalist experience.

• Hands-on exposure to recruitment, payroll coordination and HR administration.

• Familiar with work-pass administration and employee lifecycle processes.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle confidential employee information.
