Operations Admin

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Operations Admin to provide administrative and operational support to our Operations team.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide administrative support to the Operations team.
• Perform data entry, verification, and updating of operational records.
• Prepare, check, file, and maintain operational documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties on operational matters.
• Follow up on outstanding documents, information, and operational matters.
• Assist with preparing reports and updating trackers.
• Maintain proper records and filing in accordance with audit and compliance requirements.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 2 – 3 years of relevant administrative or operations experience preferred.
• Good organisational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
