Senior Florist

Location: Tai Seng/ Bartley Area

Working Days: 5.5 days (Monday – Friday 9am-6pm, Must be able to work on weekend because sometimes have wedding or events to decorate, OT will be paid)

Salary: $3,200 – $5,000 + AWS + VB + OT pay

Job Responsibilities

• Product Design & Creation
• Create new floral product designs and launches.
• Prepare arrangements according to brand standards and client requirements.
• Online & Contract Orders
• Oversee weekly floral inventory and purchases.
• Mentor junior florists in fulfilling daily orders.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure orders are prepared and delivered on time.
• Prepare weekend orders by Friday.
• On-Site Setup & Maintenance
• Assist with on-site floral setup and installation for weddings and events.
• Conduct floral maintenance at hotels or contracted venues when required.
• Handle larger floral designs that require on-site assembly.

Requirements

• Experience in weddings and events preferred.
• Minimum 2 year of floristry experience.
• Able to commit to weekends.
• Strong sense of floral design, colour coordination and styling.
• Able to lead and guide junior florists when required.
