QHSE Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented QHSE Executive to support the implementation and maintenance of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) systems across our operations. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies, while promoting a strong safety culture and continuous improvement mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments; follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Participate in incident/accident investigations, root cause analysis, and preparation of reports with recommended actions.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of all QHSE records, permits, licenses, and certifications.
- Support the Senior QHSE Manager in preparing monthly safety reports, KPI updates, and management review materials.
- Assist to conduct Safety Committee meetings, organize and promote safety events and campaign.
- Assist in conducting safety training / briefing such as familiarization on Risk Management’s standardize procedures to operations team to ensure safety awareness that the operations are safe and in compliance with statutory regulations.
- Foster a proactive safety mindset and drive continuous improvement initiatives on site.
- Carry out any HSE related functions/duties and processes as directed by superior.
- Other duties as and when assigned.
Requirements:
- WSQ Advance Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B)
- At least 3 years relevant experience preferably in facilities management / construction industry
- Familiar with local QHSE regulations and ISO audit requirements (9001,14001,45001)
- Physically fit to perform daily routine Site inspections / Site audits / Trainings
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
- Working location: Chai Chee
