Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customers' beauty needs and recommend suitable skincare, makeup or beauty products.
• Provide product demonstrations and personalised beauty consultations.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain good product knowledge and stay updated on new product launches, promotions and beauty trends.
• Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits and purchases.
• Maintain an attractive and well-organised counter/store display.
• Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks and general housekeeping.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide professional after-sales service.
