Senior / Executive, HRIS (6 months contract) #HBY

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount, and you will be deployed to:

Location: Central
Salary: $3,000 – $4,200/month
Contract Duration: 6 months

We are looking for a Senior Executive to support HR Shared Services, HRIS operations and central HR data management. This role is suitable for candidates with relevant HRIS, HR operations, systems, or data management experience.

JobResponsibilities:

• Provide first-level support to HR users on HR system-related enquiries and employee data queries.
• Address HRIS-related inquiries and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve system issues.
• Support payroll User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Assist users with HR system access and password reset requests.
• Manage the HRIS request system and assign requests to relevant team members.
• Manage user access rights and permissions within the system.
• Monitor data replication error reports and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Perform mass HR data uploads and ensure information is accurate and completed within required timelines.
• Support HR activities involving large-scale employee data, such as bonus and promotion exercises.
• Guide HR users on queries relating to mass data uploads and HRIS processes.
• Assist with team meetings, coordination, and other ad-hoc HRIS projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in HRIS, HR operations, HR systems or data administration is preferred.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS platforms is an advantage.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, charts and presentations.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling employee data.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage multiple requests and work within deadlines.
