ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Location: Town Area, Singapore

Work Schedule:

• 5.5-day work week (Mon–Fri full day, alternate Sat half day)

Job Purpose:

To support the firm’s accounting operations by handling day-to-day financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable.

• Prepare journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.

• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.

• Generate financial statements and management reports.

• Handle GST submissions and other statutory filings.

• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

• Support senior accountants in client servicing and advisory work.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates may be considered).

• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks, Xero).

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment:

• Office-based role in town area.

• Reports to Senior Accountant/Finance Manager.

• Exposure to diverse client portfolios.
