Physiotherapists

Job purpose

• To provide client-centred physiotherapy services that improve clients’ mobility, function, independence, and quality of life in home and community settings.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ physical, functional, and mobility status.
• Develop and implement individualised physiotherapy intervention plans based on clinical findings and client goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapy to improve strength, balance, endurance, and movement efficiency.
• Educate clients and caregivers on exercise programmes, fall prevention, and safe mobility techniques.
• Document assessment findings, treatment plans, progress, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members for coordinated and holistic client care.
• Participate in client case conference, community outreach, and health promotion activities.
• Supervise therapy assistants
• Participate in clinical student placement
• Participate in internal training
• To provide service to various settings (e.g. Home Rehab, CR, CH, NH) as deemed competent

Qualifications and Skilled Required

• Diploma/Degree in Physiotherapy
• Full Registered with the Allied Health Professions Council in Singapore
