Our client is a well-established technology company specialising in
cloud-native
and container platform solutions, serving enterprise customers across the region. They are looking for an After-Sales Engineer to serve as a key technical bridge between the company and its customers, ensuring smooth product adoption and long-term satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a customer-facing technical role and enjoys solving complex infrastructure challenges. You will collaborate closely with both internal product and R&D teams as well as external partners to continuously improve service delivery and solution quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver on-site technical guidance, product demonstrations, and training sessions to help customers successfully evaluate and adopt the platform
- Serve as the primary technical liaison between customers and internal teams, managing relationships and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Partner with the sales team to identify business opportunities, develop solution proposals, and provide pre- and post-sales technical support
- Prepare and own key technical documentation including project proposals, tender submissions, test reports, and implementation plans
- Gather and synthesise customer and market feedback, channelling actionable insights to product management and R&D teams
- Manage and resolve customer support tickets, ensuring issues are tracked, escalated where necessary, and closed within agreed timelines
- Represent the company at industry events, marketing activities, and technical forums, including delivering presentations and keynote contributions
- Engage in technical exchanges and collaborative initiatives with ecosystem partners and third-party vendors
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in IT or internet-related industries, with exposure to after-sales support, R&D, or operations and maintenance of medium-to-large-scale projects (prior after-sales experience is a bonus)
- Solid understanding of cloud computing technologies, including familiarity with Kubernetes, DevOps practices, and container platform ecosystems
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment, with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Experience with large-scale enterprise project delivery or cloud infrastructure operations (is a bonus)
