SENIOR ENGINEER

Your Role

• Manage all aspects of construction execution, from site preparation to project build-out.
• Ensure construction, installation, and assembly of components, equipment, and systems are carried out in accordance with approved construction plans and design drawings.
• Prepare timely construction progress reports in accordance with contractual requirements, covering schedule, cost, and quality.
• Document action items and follow up on outcomes from project meetings.
• Facilitate regular site inspections to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and legislative requirements, processes, and procedures.
• Drive a strong culture of safety and sustainability throughout the project.

The Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant project site experience.
• Able to work independently with good interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate effectively across various disciplines and construction teams.
• Technically inclined with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to work on-site and follow a rotating shift schedule when required.
