Inventory Control Executive

Job Purpose

To provide accurate and timely data entry support for all store and inventory transactions related to Earth Retaining Systems (ERSS)materials, equipment, tools, and project resources, ensuring proper inventory control and record management.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform daily data entry of stock receipts, issues, transfers, returns, and inventory adjustments into the ERP/inventory management system.

· Maintain accurate records of ERSS materials, including steel struts, walers, sheet piles, beams, equipment, tools, and consumables.

· Verify and process Delivery Orders (DO), Goods Received Notes (GRN), Material Requisition Forms, and other inventory documents.

· Update inventory movement records for project sites and store locations.

· Assist in tracking material allocation, return of materials, and equipment utilization across projects.

· Generate inventory reports, stock movement reports, and inventory status updates as required.

· Support periodic stock counts and inventory audits by reconciling physical stock with system records.

· Ensure proper filing and maintenance of store documents and inventory records.

· Coordinate with Project, Procurement, Logistics ,and Store personnel to ensure accurate inventory information.

· Report inventory discrepancies, data errors, or abnormal stock movements to the Store Manager.

· Comply with company procedures, inventory control policies, and ISO requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE "O" Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in data entry, inventory control, store administration, or warehouse operations.
• Experience in construction, engineering, or ERSS-related industries will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory/ERP systems.
• Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
