Responsibilities

1. Develop, Enrich, and Nurture Human Capital

  • Embody, transmit, and bring to life the company's Meaning, Values, and the 8 Human Fundamentals within the collective.

  • Build and manage an ambitious store project alongside your ecosystem to unite and federate teams.

  • Recruit, onboard, and train complementary talents without compromising on essential hiring criteria.

  • Guarantee a safe and healthy work environment, creating conditions that prioritize the well-being of yourself, colleagues, and customers.

  • Lead and implement management schemes that foster responsibility and autonomy, driving both collective and individual value.

  • Ensure strict compliance with legal obligations, contractual duties, and the company's code of conduct.

  • Manage compensation in strict alignment with internal policies.

  • Foster an open environment that encourages genuine, continuous dialogue with all stakeholders.

2. Build and Manage Commercial Policy as an Intrapreneur

  • Leverage customer and sport-user insights to prioritize sports within the store and establish quantified ambitions.

  • Curate the optimal product and service offer, seamlessly linking omnichannel and circular economy strategies.

  • Build the store mass plan in accordance with merchandising guidelines and seasonality.

  • Optimize team placement to ensure the best sports-passionate people are at the right place at the right moment.

  • Support department managers in developing and executing their own commercial policies for priority sports.

  • Align the store project and commercial policies with the overarching omni-spatial vision of the region or city.

  • Implement mobility infrastructures for customers, employees, and local partners.

  • Actively manage and mitigate the environmental impact of the store.

  • Establish strategic contacts with local institutions, clubs, and partners, prioritizing actions based on catchment zone impact.

3. Deliver a "Best-in-Class" Omnichannel Customer Experience

  • Embody and champion a premium customer relationship standard through personal posture and leadership on the floor.

  • Implement operational fundamentals directly on the field, including active participation in cashing/front-line duties.

  • Manage the loyalty program to optimize customer data capture and improve opt-in rates.

  • Enrich commercial policies by driving continuous improvement based on localized customer insights.

  • Execute store investments that align with strategic pillars: modernity and circular hubs.

  • Drive an offensive commercial dynamism throughout the store.

4. Manage the In-Store Performance Trajectory (People / Planet / Business)

  • Build an ambitious annual performance trajectory balanced across three pillars: People, Planet, and Business.
  • Analyze performance data and secure the reliability of department and store-wide forecasts.
  • Formalize and address gaps between "realized" performance and "forecasted" targets.
  • Develop and formalize action plans regarding P&L management and People/Planet/Business levers, including proactive alert management.
  • Ensure strict stock accuracy and availability while continuously optimizing stock lifetime.
