About this job
- Handle job creation and monitor the progress for necessary updates throughout shipment process
- Preparing of full sets shipment documents for Export / Import and Cross Trade.
- Handle various type of Cargo Clearance Permits declaration via Tradenet system.
- Assist in procurement of services as required by customers or Sales.
- Execution of customers’ orders for export Air, Ocean, customs clearance, and delivery whenever required
- Co-ordinate with overseas agent to ensure the cargo is promptly delivered
- Shipment entry in In-House TMS
- Sending of Pre-alert documents to overseas offices/ agents and customers whenever required
- Invoicing to customer
- Arranging insurance if required and assisting the client in the event of a claim
- Coordination with sales or overseas agents / offices for service rendered
- Maintaining communication and control through all phases of the journey of the shipment
- Provide good customer service to customers and assist in tracking and managing their shipments
