Accounts Executive (Full Set)

Our esteemed client in the HVAC/ACMV Engineering industry is seeking a Accounts Executive to join their dynamic team:

• Employment Type: Permanent
• Position: Accounts Executive
• Location: East (Nearest MRT: Kaki Bukit/ Ubi)
• Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm
• Salary Package: Up to $4,000 + PB

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full-set accounting functions including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, journal entries and month-end closing.
• Prepare customer invoices, process supplier payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Maintain accurate accounting, GST and financial records, including quarterly GST submissions.
• Manage inventory records, stock reconciliation and shipment-related accounting documentation.
• Maintain project cost sheets and support project billing and revenue tracking.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting and audit requirements.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal departments on finance-related matters.
• Support improvements to accounting processes, internal controls and reporting.
• Assist with business travel arrangements and other administrative duties when required.

Job Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience with full-set accounting exposure, preferably with experience in project-based, engineering, trading or import/export environments.
• Knowledge of GST, inventory accounting, project costing and shipment-related transactions is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks accounting software.
• Understanding of import/export documentation, customs declarations, and logistics processes will be advantage.
