Salary: Up to $4.5K
Job Scope:
- Handle Payroll about 100 headcount (System Infotech)
- Handle recruitment and selection, payroll management, performance management, and HR administration
- Prepare HR related documents such as job offer letters, employment letters, intern contracts, short term contracts, warning letters, and certification letters
- Liaise with line managers on recruitment needs and employee performance reviews
- Handle compensation and benefits matters including government leave claims (childcare, maternity, paternity, shared parental, NS makeup claims)
Job Requirements:
- Min. Diploma/ Degree in HR
- Min. 1-2 years relevant payroll experience
- Working knowledge in - System Infotech preferred
