Claims Assistant #ESY

• Support WIC team with claim registration, claim computation and payments.

• Retrieve and collate claim files and supporting documents required for WIC Audit

• Verify the completeness and accuracy of claim documentation and audit data.

• Organize, scan, index, and maintain electronic audit records.

• Track outstanding documents and follow up with relevant stakeholders.

• Assist in annual review of claim files to ensure reserves are adequate for active files and to close inactive files.

• Ensure proper filing and record management in accordance with company requirements.

• Ensure strict adherence to company Standard Operating Procedures.

• Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.

• Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.

• Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
