Demurrage / Claims Specialist – Tankers & Gas, Singapore

Are you experienced in laytime, demurrage and shipping claims and comfortable handling claims from calculation through to negotiation and settlement?

We are partnering with a reputable international shipowner looking to strengthen its Tankers / Gas commercial team in Singapore.

We would be keen to speak with candidates experienced in:

• Laytime calculations & demurrage billings
• Reviewing and compiling supporting cargo / voyage documentation
• Negotiating demurrage claims and disputes with charterers
• Freight calculations & invoicing
• Handling claims relating to cargo heating, speed-up and vessel deviation
• Interpreting relevant Charter Party clauses
• IMOS or similar shipping systems
