- Operate the POS system and handle cashiering transactions accurately
- Deliver customer service with a friendly attitude
- Recommend products and promote ongoing offers
- Cross-sell products to enhance customers' shopping experience
- Handle customer enquiries and provide product information
- Assist customers with membership registration
