Location: Gul Circle
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Salary: $4,500 – $5,600/month
Contract: 1-year contract, renewable

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Building & Facilities Executive to independently manage the day-to-day facilities operations of a 2-storey building of approximately 5,000 sq ft.

This is a one-person facilities role, so the successful candidate should be technically hands-on, resourceful and confident in troubleshooting building and facility issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day building and facilities maintenance

• Troubleshoot and respond to facility breakdowns and urgent issues

• Carry out basic electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing and sanitary troubleshooting

• Handle issues such as power trips, air-conditioning leaks, toilet chokes and other building-related faults

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance

• Coordinate and supervise external contractors and service providers

• Monitor facility equipment and identify abnormal conditions

• Support fire safety checks and general workplace safety inspections

• Maintain maintenance records, logs and reports

• Support office layout changes, furniture installation and equipment relocation

• Ensure building facilities remain safe, functional and well maintained
