Job Summary

Lead and inspire a retail team in a fast-growing international beauty retail environment. Drive sales targets, manage store operations, and ensure excellent customer service while supporting career growth and training opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and store KPIs
• Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth functioning
• Drive achievement of sales goals by implementing effective sales strategies and monitoring performance
• Maintain excellent customer service standards by training staff and resolving customer issues promptly
• Oversee stock replenishment and inventory management to ensure product availability and minimize shrinkage
• Perform store administration tasks including accurate reporting and documentation to support operational decisions
• Support the Store Manager in executing store plans and maintaining operational excellence
• Commit to working rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays to meet business needs

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience OR 2–3 years of retail sales/Beauty Advisor experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills demonstrated through team management and coaching
• Basic proficiency in MS Office to perform administrative and reporting tasks
• Passion for beauty products and delivering outstanding customer service
• Availability to work rotating shifts as required by the business

• Bugis or Funan retail outlets

Working Hours

• 5-day work week
• Rotating shifts, 8 hours per day excluding meal breaks
• Weekend and public holiday work required
