Retail Assistant

• Responsible for day-to-day mobile outlet retail operations.
• Deliver high quality and standards of service to customers.
• Proactively engaged and attend to walk-in customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Handle inquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
• Provide after-sales support, including assistance with repair-related matters
• Perform cashiering duties.
• Receive, process, and organize incoming goods/deliveries.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and product displays in the store.
• Support the team with ad-hoc duties as and when required

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Studies or related studies
• Customer service orientated and willing to go the extra mile
• Possesses a professional and cheerful attitude
• Energetic, outgoing, and friendly personality
• Passion for mobile and electronic devices will be highly advantageous
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Mandarin speaking would be a plus
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• 5 off days a month
