Physiotherapist (ID: 695847)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments for clients, including admission evaluations, care plan reviews, and discharge processes.
• Establish person-centered, evidence-based therapy plans with measurable goals tailored to each client's needs.
• Utilize appropriate outcome measures to monitor client progress and inform clinical decisions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated care and community participation.
• Communicate therapy plans, objectives, and progress transparently with clients and stakeholders.
• Facilitate the correct use of rehabilitation equipment, including any technological aids.
• Empower clients and their caregivers by teaching self-management techniques for improved health and mobility.
• Assist in the development of clinical programs, contribute to the training of Therapy Assistants, and engage in ongoing professional development.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy, with registration from the relevant professional body.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in neuro-rehabilitation.
• Excellent teamwork skills, coupled with the ability to work independently
