Executive Director (Tourism | Hospitality Non Profit)

Our client is a leading industry association representing Singapore’s entertainment and experience sector. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of Singapore’s attractions industry, influence policy, and lead meaningful collaboration across public and private sectors—while building a financially sustainable and high-impact organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the organisation’s multi-year strategy, aligned with national tourism priorities
• Position the organisation as a leading voice in the attractions sector and advise stakeholders on key trends and opportunities
• Lead industry advocacy and represent members in engagements with government and regulatory bodies
• Drive member engagement, retention, and value through structured platforms and initiatives
• Develop and deliver impactful industry programmes and multi-stakeholder partnerships
• Build and execute a sustainable revenue strategy, securing sponsorships, partnerships, and funding
• Ensure strong financial management, governance, and operational excellence
• Lead and develop the Secretariat, and serve as a trusted advisor to the Executive Committee

Requirements:

• Senior leadership experience in associations, tourism, hospitality, or related sectors
• Proven track record in revenue generation and partnerships
• Experience working with government and multi-stakeholder environments
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities
• Experience engaging Boards or Executive Committees
